Refrigerant Gas Detection Specialist SAMON Expands Marketing & Sales Teams to Meet Demand

SAMON has made two new appointments in its marketing and sales teams to help meet growing customer demand for its refrigerant gas detection solutions. Following the launch of three new products into its GLACIÄR-series refrigerant leak detector range, SAMON has seen an expansion of its customer base across Europe and the United States and is committed to ensuring continued high levels of support, and to continuing the introduction of new gas detectors tailored to the evolving demands of the refrigeration industry.

Dominika Lörincová joins in the pivotal role of Product Manager, located in SAMON’s HQ in Vellinge, Sweden. She brings significant experience in coordinating complex technical projects, working internationally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of results that meet customer demands.

“I am excited to be joining SAMON and being part of the growth journey we are on”, says Dominika. “Gas detection is a diverse area, and being able to focus in on the specific demands of refrigerant leak detection is a great way of ensuring that, rather than something generic that doesn’t quite fit. our customers truly get the products they need.”

SAMON is pleased to continue championing the role of women in STEM, with Dominika joining Johanna Sepulveda Fajardo in taking prominent external-facing roles in the gas detection and refrigeration industries.

Johanna, Business Development Director Iberia, welcomes Mateo Rios López to her team in the role of Key Account Manager for Spain and Portugal. Following his MBA studies, Mateo joins to add depth to the commercial team located in SAMON’s Madrid office.

I am passionate about developing partnerships and relationships with customers that give them real results,” says Mateo. “As our business has rapidly grown in Spain, I am looking forward to working closely with our distributors and end-users and becoming a go-to resource for them that they can trust in.”

SAMON kicked off 2024 at the AHR Expo in Chicago with the launch of the GLACIÄR X5 gas detector for industrial refrigeration, offering a game-changing NH3 sensor with a 5-year lifetime and dual-sensor technology allowing two sensors to be installed on one detector. New products are in development to further add to SAMON’s portfolio of simply reliable refrigerant gas detectors.
